Menurut Nabil, saat ini sudah memasuki bulan ketiga mereka harus membayar penghasilan pemainnya tanpa adanya pemasukan.
PT Liga Indonesia Baru (LIB) baru saja melunasi termin kedua subsidi klub-klub peserta pada Rabu dari jadwal seharusnya Maret, di tengah situasi ketidakpastian kelanjutan musim 2020 Liga 1 dan 2 Indonesia yang sudah tertangguhkan sejak akhir Maret.
PSSI menegaskan kelanjutan kompetisi masih menanti kebijakan pemerintah pemerintah Indonesia terkait status darurat pandemi COVID-19 yang berlaku 29 Februari-29 Mei.
Jika status diperpanjang, otomatis Liga 1 dan 2 berhenti total, sebaliknya jika tidak maka kompetisi kembali bergulir mulai 1 Juli, dan sementara menanti kepastian PSSI masih menetapkan sepak bola nasional dalam situasi kahar (force majeure).
Keadaan kahar ini diputuskan pada bulan Maret, April, Mei dan Juni 2020. Selama empat bulan itu, setiap klub wajib melaksanakan tanggung jawabnya tetapi dipersilakan membayar gaji pemain, pelatih dan ofisial maksimal 25 persen dari kesepakatan.
Kondisi tersebut membuat klub-klub baik Liga 1 maupun 2 harus “memutar otak” untuk terus beroperasi dan menunaikan kewajiban.
Inilah yang membuat Nabil menyebut bahwa pembayaran subsidi termin kedua sebesar Rp520 juta dari LIB pada Rabu (20/5) sebenarnya belum cukup untuk membiayai klub. Apalagi, pencairan subsidi dari LIB untuk termin kedua juga terlambat.
“Keterlambatan cukup merepotkan. Akan tetapi, paling tidak itu dapat membantu mengurangi beban tim,” tutur Nabil yang enggan membeberkan jumlah pengeluarannya setiap bulan untuk Borneo FC.
Keresahan serupa juga dirasakan tim Liga 2 PSIM Jogjakarta. Manajer klub PSIM David Hutauruk berujar, timnya sangat merasakan dampak dari ketiadaan kompetisi karena mereka menggantungkan pemasukan dari tiket penonton.
“Kalau tidak ada pertandingan, otomatis tidak ada pemasukan. Sedangkan instruksi PSSI harus tetap memberikan gaji 25 persen, sementara operasional tetap berjalan,” kata David.
Dalam situasi berat karena pandemi, David mengaku sangat bersyukur PT LIB melunasi subsidi termin pertama tim-tim Liga 2 2020 sebesar Rp 250 juta, juga pada Rabu (20/5), walau sejatinya hal itu harus diselesaikan pada bulan Maret.
“Kami sangat terbantu di tengah kesulitan ini. Kami pun optimistis liga masih bisa berlanjut,” ujar David.
